The restructuring will result in a reduction in the number of business units from 13 to seven for the company that said it is continuing its transition from a traditional distributor to "an innovative new supply-chain model."

Visitors to WOLF’s Facebook page who are over the age of 18 may enter the contest by completing a simple form. The sweepstakes ends on Dec. 9.

WOLF has launched a new line of cabinets, “WOLF Classic Cabinets,” available exclusively to independent dealers in 18 eastern states. With the new cabinet line, the largest U.S. supplier of kitchen cabinets hopes to compete with comparable products imported from overseas. 

Barry Graboski, WOLF’s senior VP product development for kitchen and bath, said that the new line was the result of collaboration with WOLF customers, who expressed a need for a product to compete with the foreign-made cabinets that dominate the category.

WOLF has announced an exclusive agreement to distribute Deckorators CXT Railing, a new line recently introduced by Universal Forest Products.

York, Pa.-based WOLF ramped up production of its WOLF PVC Decking – less than six months after the January 2011 introduction of the line, the company announced Tuesday.

WOLF President Craig Danielson said independent dealers who have evaluated the product have increased demand for the decking "dramatically," he said. 

In addition to expanding production of WOLF PVC Decking, the company has added three new colors of PVC Porch – complementary products to WOLF PVC decking that include quarter-round, fascia and bull-nose trim.
