J.D. Power and Associates' 2013 Kitchen Cabinet Satisfaction Study recognized Thomasville Cabinetry as number one on the customer satisfaction scale. The manufacturer ranked nearly 30 points higher than its competitors at 800 on a 1,000-point scale.

For a third straight year, consumers nationwide have rated Simonton Windows highest in customer satisfaction in the J.D. Power and Associates 2012 Windows and Patio Doors Satisfaction Study. 

“Receiving this ranking for the third consecutive year is a milestone for us,” said Mark Savan, president of Simonton Windows. “Most importantly, it showcases the dedication and loyalty of our associates, our distribution partners and their customers.”

For the second year in a row, Columbus, Ohio-based Simonton Windows scored highly in the recent J.D. Power and Associates Windows and Patio Doors Satisfaction Study.

Consumer customers who purchased new windows or patio doors within the past 12 months rated Simonton highest amongst all other brands in the category of overall satisfaction, according to the survey. It’s the second straight year for the company to get the highest ranking, Simonton said.
