(Feb. 11) Tractor Supply has appointed a new board leader, Cynthia Jamison, effective April 29 when S.P. "Pete" Braud’s term ends and he retires from the company's board.

Jamison has been a member of Tractor Supply’s board of directors since 2002 and serves as chair of the Audit committee and as a member of the Compensation committee. She is also a National Managing Partner at Tatum. Before Tatum, she held senior management positions in a number of industries, including consumer products, retail/restaurant and food services.

"Cindie has made significant contributions to our board since she joined the company eight years ago,” said Jim Wright, chairman and CEO, “and we look forward to working with her in a greater capacity."
