(Sep. 9) Lennox International has appointed Robert Hau chief financial officer, effective Oct. 5, 2009.

Hau was most recently VP and chief financial officer for Honeywell International's Aerospace Business Group since 2006. He joined Honeywell in 1987 and served in various roles, including VP and chief financial officer for the company's Aerospace Electronic Systems Unit and for its Specialty Materials Business Group.

"Bob's solid financial expertise and operational focus make him not only an excellent CFO, but a strong business partner," said CEO Todd Bluedorn.

Lennox International is a provider of climate control solutions for heating, air conditioning and refrigeration markets.
