TRI Pointe Homes gets 5 new board members

Daniel Fulton, who was, until recently, CEO at Weyerhaeuser.

In accordance with its recent expansion in joining forces with Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Company, TRI Pointe Homes, Inc. added five new members to its board of directors.

Former Weyerhaeuser and WRECO CEO Daniel Fulton, Starwood Capital Group senior managing director Christopher Graham, former Weyerhaeuser SVP Wood Products Lawrence Burrows, former BRE Properties CEO Constance Moore and Dean Bradley Osborne partner Kristin Gannon are the newest directors on the company's board.

In turn, the terms of J. Marc Perrin, Richard Bronson and Wade Cable have all expired, making the net change effectively plus two. The board now stands at nine members.

“We are extremely pleased to welcome Dan, Chris, Larry, Connie and Kristin to our board of directors," said CEO Douglas Bauer. "Our new board members bring executive leadership, operational experience and deep industry connections to the board room.”
