Marcus criticizes Obama administration

In an interview with CNBC, The Home Depot co-founder Bernie Marcus criticized the Obama administration for failing to support small businesses and for creating excessive regulations, including the expanded 1099 filing requirement.

Marcus had praise for Home Depot CEO Frank Blake, who he described as a CEO who operates like a small business owner on a very large scale --  "He's in the stores constantly, he's not sitting on the 22nd floor."
