Lowe’s names new vp-learning and organizational effectiveness

Mooresville, N.C.-based Lowe’s has announced the appointment of Cedric Coco as vp- learning and organizational effectiveness. Coco has more than a decade of experience in learning development and organization performance.

Coco will be responsible for enterprise-wide organization effectiveness, talent development and learning strategies, the company said.

Previously, he served as general manager of engineering excellence at Microsoft, where he was responsible for driving learning and development.

“Cedric’s diverse background and practical expertise aligns with our ongoing investments in developing our existing work force and talent pipeline,” said Maureen Ausura, senior vp-human resources.
