The Wichita Eagle reported that the Dondlinger family of Dondlinger and Sons Construction plans to add two more Williams Ace Hardware stores.
The Goddard and Andover, Kan., locations are expected to open in the coming months. The family already owns the Williams Ace Hardware in Wichita.
According to the article, the company does not expect to reap synergies as the owners of both construction business and hardware-store business. Also, the hardware stores are geared toward the homeowner, as opposed to the contractor.

I saw an Ace Hardware store near Salina KS hotel and thank God that it was there.I stayed in such a wonderful hotel but i broke my wood house design that i brought to a convention.I really needed some duck tape and special glue and if ace hardware wasn't there i don't know what i would have done.
