According to an article in the Hartford Courant, a central Connecticut builder is proposing a "green" subdivision.
The home builder, By Carrier, is proposing to build a subdivision in Berlin, Conn., that meets the National Green Building Standard (NGBS), administered by the National Association of Home Builders. The project, called "Summerlin Trails," would feature 83 homes and be the first of its kind in Connecticut, according to the article.
