Denver investor Francis Kent has acquired a 15.3-acre industrial building and yard in Las Cruces, N.M., that once held a truss and panel plant, according to the New Mexico Business Weekly. The site has been vacant for approximately one year, the newspaper reported.

ProBuild purchased the manufacturing plant in 2007 when it acquired Lumber Inc., an Albuquerque-based pro dealer with four locations, including Santa Fe and Las Cruces.
