President Barack Obama has chosen a D.C. area Home Depot as the backdrop for his latest speech today, according to an article in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. 

According to the article, President Obama is expected to speak about expanding homeowner tax breaks for making energy-efficient upgrades.
